407.775 is one of the Postal Inspector inputs, but I'm at work with no
book so I forget which one, 414.750 is one, 413.600 is another, and I THINK
the third is 415.050. 413.575 is rare but also used in large urban area's
where the other 3 are in use. In The Los Angeles Metro area, they're all
linked on 169.000 where you can hear all 4. 164.750 here (San Diego) is an
FBI input to a 167. repeater. I'll check the NY database, but I'd search
167.2125-.7875.
