[FedCom] New Digital Scanners

Hi, As in 418.625, .650, and .750(others?) Yes and no on the digital
scanners; Yes it CAN work, but these guys are running mostly in
encrypted mode since shortly after they converted to P25 radios :(...
It seems that GSA(417.200 is half and half; some of their new portables
and mobiles are P25 digital(XTS3500's most likely, but they havent
upgraded their base units(yet)(still analog).
