[FedCom] 165.2875MHz ??

Hi, I amy have asked this already, but: Does anyone know who owns
165.2875 Mhz A couple of times now we hae picked up some brief chit chat
here in NH using P25 digital mode. I cant say if its low pwered simplex
or is a repeater input. I suspect the altter as I can only ehar ONE
unit, but cant ID the rpt output,,.

Also, the other day, picked up some Vweak P25 on 169.700 MHz. Maybe
something out of the Bsoton area?  Thanks      Steve
