I had seen and heard some time ago (pre 9/11, P25 and the over-sensitive era) that the easiest federal frequencies to find were the POTUS and Secret Service frequencies. Kind of ironic w/Secret in thier name. My first USSS find on frequencies was a printout given to me by one of their Comm. guys back when Vice President George Bush was campaigning in NH in the late 80's. They were setting up in my church for a visit and he laid alot out for us to see (was kind of surprised). He said he didn't care cause once the VP arrived they went coded.
