Thank you for your post re the Great Smoky Mountains NP, which is not far 
from my house.  167.150 Simplex is Channel 1, usually carrier squelch (without 
PL).  Channel 2 is repeater channel, 167.150 out, 166.350/173.8 in.  169.550 is 
a relay link which repeats traffic from the first two channels.
168.775/136.5 was Chattahoochee National Forest.
412.100 may be a UHF link in the Park.  There are remote receivers at several 
sites which RX the VHF freqs and relay them to Clingman's Dome, where they 
are voted.
Unless the Park has narrowbanded (which they are supposed to have done 
already), this was done with mid-power cross band MastrII GE repeaters.
I'll do a little monitoring myself, maybe put the 169.675 and 164.325 into 
the Astro to see if the signal is P25 or just DES or something similar.
