[FedCom] Aerostat Balloon Near Patterson, LA

Tom, and the group, we have one of those "blimps" down in se AZ (Ft
Huachuca), and I have observed the following radio activity associated
with it:

408.400
412.925
414.800 (primary)
418.650
418.725

All activity is simplex, the comms are associated with the ground crews
in their attempts to raise/lower the thing, I have also hear the
maintenance guys (probably during repair efforts). My understanding is
that these "blimps" contain radars that track both aircraft & ground
based targets.
