[FedCom] Pirates on Fed 160's Freqs, La.

During the recent foggy weather, the VHF has been wide open down here.

Hearing pirate fisherman in the Gulf of Mexico all over the fedcom VHF band,
specifically:

163.955 English
169.000 Vietnamese

Also heard comms cleverly sandwiched between marine channels 6 and 65 on
156.265.

Lots of other pirate comms on the commercial VHF freqs, including Cajun French.

Is it common to pirate in the 160's on other coasts (Cal, NW, East?).
