Who is Using?? Re: [FedCom] IRS freqs

That si interesting that they are licensing a lot of these freqs
specifically for people like the IRS, but I have heard tittle to no
activity on them.
	I'm trying tfind out more about the place I will be working at,
and rememember reading lists of freqs with the IRS's name on them, and
didn't think much of it.
