[FedCom] IRS

Does anyone in SoCal (or anywhere, really) know where the IRS units went?  
They were on 418.250 R in San Diego, and 418.175 R in Riverside, and they 
seem to have left ( to the SENECA system?)
  The 165.950 repeater is still there, but all I get is repeater key-ups. 
Are they still on 418.175 and .225 in the LA area??   Ruff
