There is an FBI repeater over the line in Southeastern Massachusetts that
you may be hearing=2E It often keys up with dead carriers, noise, and cli=
cks
(although I don't recall hearing it down-key with a digital burst)=2E If =
you
have CTCSS capability, the PL will be the standard 167=2E9 Hz=2E =20
Not sure if this is it, but it is definately within ear-shot of your QTH=2E=
