[FedCom] Mystery Channel in Rhode Island

172.3250 Mhz is an FBI Channel in
Southern Mass and Rhode Island.

Look for CTCSS 167.9 Hz

Also when it is locked up, search around as sometimes these repeaters are
linked to other frequencies as well.
