[FedCom] FPS now P25

I know that some other cities may have already switched, but I just notic=
ed
that here in Portland, OR, the Federal Protective Service is now running =
in
ASTRO P-25 digital mode. They were still analog last week when I was home=
,
but just heard them doing some radio checks this morning and they are now=

digital. Not running any encryption at this time, and they sound MUCH
better than they did in analog here in Portland...
