  It's another of those Forest Service out-west/FBI out-east types, like 
168.125, 169.950, 172.350, 170.500, etc.
  FYI-  FBI going to mostly (but not all ) 12.5 splits like 170.7125, 
170.7375, 170.9125, 170.9625 (these are all P25 encrypted) 165.5625, 165.925 
(I said not all...) 167.3875, 167.7125, 168.825,
and alot of activity on the 172 12.5 splits by FBI & especially La Migra. 
173's from .0125 to .975 real popular also. Searching 162-174 these days can 
be very interesting...  Ruff
