[FedCom] Re: Mystery Channel in Rhode Island

I'm new into searching the FedCom Bands.  Do most FedCom transmissions in this band take place during the day?  The only times I search these bands tend to be after 4:30pm during the week.  

Also, does anyone have a good list of FedCom frequencies to program in for the RI, Southeastern Mass. area?
