[FedCom] Mystery Frequency in New England

Some of us are hearing a repeater on 167=2E8875 PL of 100=2E0 Hz in the Ne=
w
England area=2E  The comms are generic, but talk of a mailroom and linen
deliveries=2E  My first thought was a VA Hospital, but most of the ops in =
the
New England VAs are identified already=2E  There are not many transmission=
s
on a daily basis, just enough to drive me crazy to identify it=2E

It comes in regularly at all hours, so ducting is not likely, but I have
not ruled out anything yet=2E=20

Anyone hearing this, or better yet, know what or who it is?
