[FedCom] US Forestry Active in Coastal SC

US Forestry was active in Jasper County, South Carolina
today, fighting large fires around the SavannahWildlife
Refuge.  Both air and ground assets were in action along
with South Carolina Foresty, Jasper County FD, and Port
Wentworth, GA FD.  Federal frequencies in use were:

168.200    "Savannah Tactical", Air to Ground Ops
    -first names were used rather than callsigns except for
     80L and 44D, which were Foresty Service helicopters
    
168.775    Ground Ops
    -traffic was very weak and for the most part unreadable,
     but it seemed they were using first names rather than
     callsigns here as well.

122.925    Air Ops
    -80L, 44D    Forestry Helicopters
    -D5    SC State Cessna
