At about 3:00 PM DST on 42.34 Cal Highway Patrol blue channel I heard a escort of someone from San Francisco to Emeryville or Berkeley. Limo's Secret Service type vans and lots of cops. 165.375 was also active, but encrypted. The CHP was closing the freeway and SF Bay Bridge in front of and behind the escorted cars.
