[FedCom] anyone else find new splits?

3 more very active VHF P25 ENC San Diego:
171.5375 (R) BP
171.4375 (R) FBI?
172.400 (R) BP

   Anyone else find any new P25 splits in 169-173 ?  171 is where I'm 
finding alot of new Border Patrols, from 171.3375-171.6375, and 
173.425-173.6625. Has anything on the AZ or Tex border changed, or is BP 
still on the 163's everywhere else?  Scott
