The AOPA website has a link to the top level of the FAA TFR site, plus
as a bonus it has the POTUS* and VPOTUS* notices.
<http://www.aopa.org/whatsnew/notams.html>

You can also just use the text based notams website
<https://www.notams.jcs.mil>

Here is an example of a notam with the air to air frequency:
-------

IMMEDIATELY AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION

NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 361656N/1153528W OR LAS VEGAS /LAS/ VORTAC 285
DEGREE RADIAL AT 24.2 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 13000 FEET MSL TO
PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING. LAS VEGAS FIRE DEPT.
TELEPHONE 702-515-5300 OR FREQ 123.675 (ROBBERS) IS IN CHARGE OF THE
OPERATION. RENO /RNO/ AFSS TELEPHONE 775-784-5048 IS THE FAA

Most email programs will not break up text between <>.
