John,
This fire season NIFC is also operationally testing P-25 digital voice
with two HotShot crews.  The crews have been assigned the frequency of
168.250 or 166.725 with each crew having their own CTCSS tone/NAC code.

NIICD has changed all VHF-FM national cache radios to narrowband
analog. Contact Steve Jenkins for more information. 

* NIICD Frequency Schemes Have Changed
All NIICD VHF-FM and UHF radio frequency channeling schemes have
changed. Some new frequencies have been added and/or existing
frequencies reorganized within each radio. These changes are in
addition to narrowbanding all VHF-FM frequencies. VHF-AM radios are not
affected. New frequency sheets are included in appropriate kits.
