those look a lot like loading coils on the big ones...HF?

apparently there's two of each antenna (and radio?) for redundancy.

are you sure it's a USSS vehicle?  according to ron kessler's book on the
USSS, the supposed WHCA vehicle with all the antennas (that always follows
POTUS) is actually operated by NSA to identify and jam any hostile RF
signals.
