I've been hearing this also south of Boston in Rockland. The 163's are former
INS/Border Patrol, the 165 is/was assigned to the Customs Service. They are
both now part of ICE, (Imigration and Customs Enforcment). I heard Charlie 28
working Radio Checks with Sector on 163.7500 D-023 calling the channel Boston
2. Sector is/was the Customs Comm Center in Orlando, FL
