My apology. I wrongly thought that because it possibly involved communications
via a federal agency that it was a valid question.
If communications here are defined as radio only, then it should be so stated
that other forms of federal communications are to be excluded.
Sorry for causing a problem, I have removed myself from this list.

was for fed RF comms.
