[FedCom] Re:"New" antennas on the Secret Service suburban

POT US was in Seattle overnight and the antennas in the pic were 
nowhere to be seen as the prez approached Boeing Field to leave this 
morning.  The com-van looked very much like it has for many years. 
Soooooo maybe the new bigger better stronger system is used some 
places and not others.  For this visit there were no public events 
for him just meetings with people with the big bucks (2.4 mil at 
dinner last night).  That might have had something to do with it.

So let's do some information gathering - something we are all good at.

Am I the only one that really misses Echo/Fox.  136.725 was in use 
again this visit with coms from the A F1 cockpit to the backup plane. 
I love being in a swing state - we'll have lots of visits.
