165.7875 MHz - P25 digital, un-encrypted - USSS Protective Detail with John
Kerry in Portland 08/13/04. MINUTEMAN (Sen. Kerry) and MOHOGANY (Mrs.
Heinz-Kerry) arrival, departure and SITREP calls. 

Previous Kerry visits to the Portland area were heard on 165.375 MHz
(CHARLIE), also in P-25 digital.
