There is not much available on the new WHCA communication systems being
developed under the "Pioneer Project" but you can do a Google search and
find out some info.

The desire is to decrease the footprint of the entire staff needed for a
POTUS trip

The desire is to eliminate the communications failures caused by budget
decreases of previous administrations which lead to communications failures
on "911"

The desire is to make the whole WHCA system more "Netcentric"
