[FedCom] Radio Equipment Interesting Contracts

   Dept. of the Interior low band radio system for Guatamala?!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why in the H   is US taxpayer's dollars being spent (i.e., read wasted) on
a radio system for Guatamala?  Let Guatamala buy their owned radio system.
If they don't have the money then borrow it from the World Bank.  Whomever
is responsible for this authorization of wasting US taxpayer's money should
be fired!
