Ken, you bring up a very interesting point and I'm sure you would be shocked 
at how much foreign aid is sent to so many countries by the USA.

I agree, too much free cash being given away to far too many countries, many 
of whom later turn on us and become either our enemies or not so friendly.

I think the whole situation, after all is said and done, finally comes to 
rest on the doorstop of the US State Dept....
