I don't know if they can control them via Satellite or
not. If they can't, I bet they are working on it.

I do know they are working on system to use to Control
a UAV from an Aircraft. I have heard comms up hear
from an Aircraft working a UAV. It was eveidently in
the early stage in the developement of the system as I
never even heard them get the UAV off the ground. The
Controller in the Plane was talking to a ground
controller advising he was talking control. Then you
would hear countdown, "3-2-1 I have the CONTROL". Then
he would do some simply tasking like" OK I am moving
the flaps" or "Jockeying the nosewheel.

Anyway, I was disappointed yesterday as the freq was
quiet. Hopefully they will come up on it again and I
get some more notes out of it. Kind of boring
listening to this but would be nice to know whether or
not it is used regularly.
