[FedCom] DoD new LMR Bandplan - Info request

Well this band isn't handled by the feds (civilian) agencies but exclusively 
by the military (Department of Defense).

I think that "Monitoring Times" "Milcom" columns in December 2004 ("New 
National Capital P25 Trunking System") & June 2004 ("New Military LMR Band") 
would be a great reference to start with and build on.

As systems are installed (as was posted on the milcom list) it will than be 
up to monitoring hobbyists to determine the band plan being used.  Since it 
is  local type frequencies, assignments, I'd assume could differ.
