[FedCom] Springfield MA Area Monitoring Results

Well on vacation this week, so able to monitor from a more quiet rf area 
than at work.  Here's what's been active so far:

163.2375 Repeater (Digital P25) -- Security function, maybe VA Facility 
Leeds/Northampton OR Barnes ANGB Westfield, still attempting to ID, not much 
traffic.

164.3875 Repeater (110.9)  US Postal Bulk Mail Processing Facility (USBMPF) 
Springfield  - Operations (heavy usage)

165.05 Repeater/Simplex (114.8)  -- USBMPF Operations & Security (heavy 
usage).

166.1625 Repeater (114.8) --  USBMPF Operations
(heavy usage)

167.5875 Repeater (167.9) --  Probably FBI, unit 31G in comms with others.

169.425 (no CTCSS) -- Data transmissions

173.075 (no CTCSS) -- Could be Lojack Anti Theft transmitter activiation.

415.60 Simplex/Mobile (Digitial P25) Encrypted -- DEA, possible repeater 
input to 418.825?

417.7875 (no CTCSS) -- Appears to be transmitter link with constant tone 
present.

418.825 (Digital P25) Repeater Encrypted --  DEA?

With exception of military base traffic we really don't hve a lot of non 
military federal activity.
