   I heard 419.5 in the Orange Co. CA area awhile back. It was a DEA 
repeater output, LA CH.9.
Not sure on the input, this is one of those "local option" channels, like 
419.4 and 419.450, used here as directs (even though 419.4 is the input to 
HIDTA-9, causing some San Diego Ch.8 traffic to repeat on Sierra Peak in 
Orange Co. on their HIDTA-9 repeater). 419.525 was also reported as CH.15 in 
Florida. Anyone know the 419.5 input?  Ruff
