[FedCom] NIGHTHAWK question

Can anyone tell me if when the HMX-1 sets up ahead of a POTUS visit do they set up a temp OPS
station?

I am asking because POTUS is coming to Atlanta, and I saw a NIGHTHAWK over downtown and don't know
if they would use the OPS freq for the base they are working out of or if they would use a
different freq for OPS while they are here.
