   Some of the changes I've noticed in VHF 162-174
Lots of repeater outputs showing up in 12.5 steps in 164, 169, & 172
Feqs like 164.2625, .2875, .4125, .5125, .5375, etc
169.0375, .3875, .4125, .5375, .6375
172.2375-172.5125 all seem to be Justice
95% of 167's are either FBI or Border Patrol (167.1375-167.8375)
