[FedCom] 139.9 MHz

[Greg Brazil]

What does this have to do with my post about the conversation I heard on 
139.9 as per the "Subject" line above?  Also when Alameda Naval Air 
Station was still open I heard cellular calls on their GCA frequency of 
134.1, just a image.
