[FedCom] USCS (now BICE) up on 164.9625

     It is 11:45am EDT. I am listening to two USCS agents chatting away on 
164.9625.  It is two-way, in the clear, and I am receiving them on one of my 
Pro-2006s.  
     Typical talk is "I've been an agent for 14 years, so they can't teach me 
anything."
"I had some good training officers too." 
"I tell you now, gentlemen, we are making the fastest time I have ever made; 
let's break off at Daytona. 
      They are just chewing the fat.  Sounds like they are driving along 
I-95.
