[FedCom] UHF Federal Trunks

Opps, I stand corrected, the Nimitz is back in service & the Vinson is 
getting ready to go for refueling, sorry.  The Midway is a private 
museum so it would not have federal frequencies used is what I should 
have said.  She just opened to the public last weekend or it is going to 
be opened this weekend.
