Saturday, 6-19-04, found myself on the Parkway again and here are a few hits I had on the scanner

171.550     Unknown Agency - A couple of hikers on Cold Mtn. One sounded VERY inexperienced in
outdoor activities. Possible rescue training? 

165.0375    CoE? Very weak on the Parkway. Heard the signal stronger in Habersham County, Ga on
the way home.

163.4375    CoE? Very weak, only a couple hits.

166.325     NPS LE? Thought maybe input to 167.15 or 167.175, but not sure

167.150     NPS LE. Very active

167.175     NPS LE. Very active

169.550     NPS LE from Great Smokey Mtn NP

164.625     Unknown Agency. Only a couple of weak hits.
