With the creation of "Homeland Security" has come a major freq re-allotment, 
especially in San Diego. These freqs are P25 digital, and usually, but not 
100%, coded. Many areas that used to be .25 splits are now 12.5. Here are 
the busiest in SD.

173.975 R BP TAC
166.6375 R HOMSEC unident
170.0625 R BOAT-1
169.6375 R BOAT-2

   If you search 164-172 in 12.5 steps, especially near the above freqs, you
