[FedCom] Followup: New Federal Trunked System Hudson Valley

Otisville is approximately 25 miles from Kerhonkson. But I'm hearing the 
system in mid - Dutchess County (approximately 40 miles) with a portable 
scanner/Duck if I find the right spot! Very strong with a beam antenna.
