In Philadelphia, GSA police are still analog on UHF, Customs pops up now and
then on VHF (although mostly encrypted), USSS repeater seems to be digital now,
as does ATF. I don't hear much from the FBI, although their Lansdale field
office channel has occassional clear comms (only very brief), so they must
still be analog, too. Every now and then, I will hear traffic that sounds like
agents commuting to/from the City on the OCDTEF channel 164.550.
