Yeah, but remember that in San Diego, you are different than the whole rest of the world.
Well, the country, anyway.
Just like Detroit and other border cities.

They still use it here in Portland, occasionally. Or rather, simplex units over in Vancouver, Washington do.
167.5625 has been added, apparently as a simplex APCO25 frequency. I'm guessing that they are using it for inter-agency use. The FB1 here isn't using P-25 on any of their other frequencies. And almost every other enforcement agency is, on theirs!
