[FedCom] New digital freqs

It used to be the frequency for the 42nd Security Forces at Maxwell AFB,
Alabama. They abandoned it quite a few years ago - mid '90s I think.
I'm not sure what it could be, since the closest Air Force Base to
Mobile would be Keesler AFB in Biloxi, Mississippi, or Eglin AFB or
Hurlburt Field in the Ft. Walton area.

This frequency is commonly utilized by US Air Force Security Police.
