Not sure if there is any connection, but mid last week, I heard Lima and
Omaha units bringing up Boston area repeaters on 165.2375 while airborne in
the Burlington, VT area.

Could this have been the same surveillance I was
hearing in Roanoke, Virginia?  The aircraft was
bringing up the repeater, full quieting.  None of the
replies from the ground made the trip.
