Probably not related. No mention of aircraft here and nothing on the normal
air freqs.
Last fall I had one with an aircraft shadowing a vehicle and directing
ground units.
That one was pretty neat. They had ground units on two parallel roads to the
target vehicle
as well as in front and behind it.
