Although after the fact, I've been listening to the migration of units from DVP to P25 (usually, not always encrypted).

165.3750 - Charlie - P25 Encrypted "AND" DVP
There actually seemed to be a conversation occurring between a P25 user and a DVP user. Obviously I couldn't confirm but...
164.8875 - Oscar - P25 Encrypted
166.7000 - Quebec - DVP Only
164.6500 - Tango - P25 Encrypted (the Night before they were testing the Mt. Wachusett, Mass site in P25 both clear and encrypted modes)
165.0875 - Uniform - P25 Encrypted

Much more use of P25 than just a few months ago last time POTUS stopped by.
