[FedCom] 168.475 PA

Was monitoring traffic on 168.475 in Quakertown area today.  Base was IDing 
as "Dispatch".  Heard some plates run and a reference to calling the PA State 
Police and having them send a car for assistance.  Any thoughts on user.
