One thing I forgot to put in the last post - I was searching through the
Treasury Department web site and found out something that I didn't know.
The BATF has been split in to two divisions, with the tax and trade
functions going to the newly formed Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade
Bureau (TTB). The law enforcement activities of the BATF are now under th=

Justice Department and now called the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearm=
s
and Explosives, but still referred to as ATF...
