418.350: Sounded like a Motorola TRS control channel. Have never heard
this one before, but some ducting seems to be in along the Narragansett Bay,
so this may be from somewhere in central Massachusetts. Have listed in the
scanner as USSS Gray Channel, but I doubt it is.
164.655: Have listed as USSS Tango. Have been monitoring many transmissions
in what I think is P-25 digital. I have a PRO-95, so I couldn't decode it
anyway. Anyone know if someone is in the SE New England region?
418.3500 - I've heard this before, when conditions are right. I believe this
is coming from New York.
164.6500 - Secret Service channel Tango. Boston office is now ASTRO P-25
digital, mostly unencrypted although there has been some encrypted comms there.
Right now BICE Omaha unit working an operation on 166.4625 CSQ.
