Thanks for the information. Are the following analog or digital, encrypted
or "in the clear":
162.0875 167.9 167.0875 Inop 1
162.2625 167.9 167.2500 Inop 2
162.8375 167.9 167.7500 Inop 3
163.2875 167.9 168.1125 Inop 4
163.4250 167.9 168.4625 Inop 5
167.2500 167.9 S Inop 6
167.7500 167.9 S Inop 7
168.1125 167.9 S Inop 8
168.4625 167.9 S Inop 9

Arthur,
Since the frequencies you listed are shown with a 167.9 CTCSS tone, I would
say they are analog. Also, because these are INOP or Inter operability
Channels to be shared amongst various agencies, I would guess that they
would keep them un-encrypted. Trying to manage encryption keys for all the
federal AND local government agencies would be adding a real nightmare,
that would probably end up with someone not being able to be heard by
others...
If I recall though, the rules governing the use of these INOP frequencies
do allow for digital mode, but again, I assume that would be un-encrypted
APCO P-25 mode...
